CHATEAU DE VERSAILLES

1887-1889

At the 17th century. It was first a hunting lodge, then a seat of power, and finally, from the 19th century onwards, a museum. An outstanding estate composed of the Palace, the gardens, the park, the Trianon estate. Today the Estate of Versailles spreads over more than 800 hectares.

ACCESS & CONTACT

​Open from 01/01 to 31⁄12, daily between 10.30 am and 5.15 pm. Closed exceptionally on July 14th. The Eiffel Tower is open for visits up to the second floor by the stairs or by lift. Access to the top may be prohibited during harsh weather.
